Shipping Costs

When you place an order with us your shipping will automatically be calculated for you based on the weight of the products you selected. Just choose the option that suits you from the pull down menu in the checkout process.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to New Zealand only. 

When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 11am, Monday through Friday will be shipped within 7 days.

How do you ship orders?
Orders are usually shipped by Courier Post.

Can I order by mail?
Yes! To order by mail, we suggest you add the items you wish to order to your basket, print this out and mail it to Little Fiji @ Lang's 26 Wairahi Road Lans's Beach Waipu Northland  RD2 0582. Please include your contact details (shipping and billing addresses) a cheque, money order, or credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, card number and expiration date) with your order. Please allow up 10 days to receive your order.

Do I have to pay GST?
A 15% Goods and Services tax is payable on all items shipped within New Zealand. The prices shown INCLUDE this tax.

I ordered or received the wrong item, what do I do now?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by e-mail immediately. Do not return the item to us without getting prior authorization first
